ONE PLATFORM, MULTIPLE STAGES

Over twelve years, my role and the product grew together.

At TCWGlobal, I progressed from hands-on UX Designer to Product Design Manager while StaffingNation evolved from a focused workforce tool into a broad enterprise platform. My work spanned foundational redesigns, multi-party workflows, product modernization, design systems, and the growth of the design practice itself.

Now I bring that same mix of hands-on UX, systems thinking, and design leadership to other enterprise teams who need to evolve complex products without losing momentum.

Areas of Strength

Enterprise product design

Turning complex business requirements into clear, usable product experiences.

Complex workflow design

Making multi-step, multi-role processes understandable and actionable.

Design systems

Creating reusable patterns that improve consistency and product velocity.

Design leadership

Helping teams align, grow, and deliver better work together.

Good design should make difficult work feel more manageable.

I believe good design gets out of the way. My goal is to create products that behave as expected, respect people’s time, and help them focus on the work that matters. I’m especially drawn to enterprise products where thoughtful systems can turn complexity into clarity.
